Membership enables you to compete in all the events run by Woolbridge, and many events run by other clubs who invite us to enter their events – these are listed in the calendar. There is a club magazine, which is published eleven times per year (the December / January edition is a combined edition). This is normally sent as an e-mailed pdf document but a printed copy is available on request. The printed version may attract a supplementary charge in future.
Membership runs for a full year from the date of joining.
The 2020 annual membership fees are: -
Full membership (age over 23) £15.00
Junior membership (ages 18 to 23) £5.00
Family membership £2.50 (each additional participating person at the same address)
Family membership has all the benefits of full membership, but only one copy of the printed magazine, if requested, will be sent. Family membership includes young people from age 14 up to age 18, who can drive in some of the ‘grass roots’ events such as car trials, subject to parental consent and accompaniment by the holder of a full UK driving licence. Event entry fees to ‘grass roots’ events for those in the 14 to 18 age range are just £5.00 instead of the usual £20.
The membership fee can be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal by completing the online membership form and clicking on ‘Submit’. If you have a PayPal account, click on the blue PayPal button on the next screen to make payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, or don’t wish to use it, click on the grey ‘Debit & Credit Card’ option to use your own debit or credit card. You don’t need to log in to PayPal so you can ignore that.
Alternatively, you can download the PDF copy of the Membership Application Form here – print it, then complete it & post it to: -
Membership Secretary, Tim Gray, 5 Shortlands Road, Upwey, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5NE.
You can set up a standing order, make a BACS or internet banking payment, or enclose a cheque payable to Woolbridge Motor Club Ltd.
Please remember, if you postal or email address changes, to let the membership secretary know.
